Kaziranga National Park: Pleasant Experience of the Wild

Wildlife
Wildlife in abundance in Kaziranga National Park is layered with Elephant grass, cane, forest and swamps and more wild animals. Despite rhino there you got to see buffalo, sambar, wild boar and the jeopardized barasingha or swamp deer and antlers. The fishing birds are exclusive and must be experienced by tourists after safari.
One Horned Rhino
The Indian Rhinoceros is a center of attraction in Kaziranga National Park. People owe to this wild animal and their longing to see one horned rhino is immense. About 3,000 Rhinos live in the wild while 2000 one horned rhino can be found in Kaziranga alone. Tourists enjoy Rhinoceros running at speeds of up to 55 km/h (34 mph) in a very short span of time. Rhino is basically a good swimmer as well in sixth sense, the sense of hearing is superb though eyesight is a bit poor.
Tigers
Kaziranga has 118 tigers as of now and this amount is not bad for tourists to capture their one blissful moment even. Tiger in the jungle looks so overwhelming for all the tourists and love to watch all their activities. Kaziranga National Park is keeping pace with the increasing number of tigers simultaneously. There is also the possibility of more tigers than the estimate is made.
Core Area and Buffer Area of Kaziranga National Park
The considerable core area is divided into three ranges. There are 482 km2 of core zone while 548 km2 of buffer zone. Core zones of Kaziranga National park are open for visitors from October to June. It remains closed in monsoon during July to September. The park is further divided into safari zones for improved management practice. Both zones are likely to give a safari experience with its awesomeness. The core zone gives good vibes and some extra offerings here.
