Distribution of masks to forest guards of Kaziranga National Park

“A private welfare agency donated 1500 masks to forest guards of Kaziranga National Park in view of the Covid 19 epidemic.”

News Update: In wake of the covid 19 pandemic, a local conservation group named Nature First Foundation recently donated around 1500 safety masks to the forests guards of Kaziranga National Park. This private welfare agency is aimed at conservation of wildlife habitats, forests and imparting awareness on environmental issues. The masks were distributed by Director of Nature First Foundation Srimati Mridula Borooah and received by Selim Ahmad – forest range officer of the Central range on behalf of the KNP forest department. Some hand sanitizers were also donated along with the masks. The KNP forests guards that joined the occasion expressed their gratitude against the positive initiative and praised the approach of Nature First Foundation.
